1. Reservations
You can reserve your room by giving your credit or debit card details at the time of booking or by paying for your room in full in advance of your arrival. Payment can be made by debit / credit card or cash. A debit / credit card used must have an expiry date that is valid after the date of stay.

 

2. Payment
London Peckham Hotel accepts payment by cash, credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Electron). For clarification please contact London Peckham Hotel Reception on: +44 2077014222 directly.

 

Customers paying with cash are required to provide identification on check-in. Acceptable forms of ID are: current driving licence, ID card, passport.

3. Room prices
Room prices are per room, per night and are inclusive of VAT. You may pay extra for Continental or English breakfast at the same time as paying for your room. All other meals must be paid for separately. London Peckham Hotel reserves the right to review its room prices from time to time. You will pay the room price as quoted at the point of room reservation. Note that quoted room prices at the London Peckham Hotel may change up to the date of your arrival. London Peckham Hotel may charge a supplement during key events and periods of high demand. 4. Cancellations
For flexible individual bookings: Cancellations should be made by latest at 14:00 hours two days prior to arrival. For group and advance purchases bookings: please refer to the terms & conditions stated in your confirmation letter.   

5. Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 14:00 hours on the arrival date. Please let London Peckham Hotel know if you are likely to arrive after 23:00 hours. Your room must be vacated by 11:00 hours on the day of departure. Failure to leave your room by this time will result in additional charges up to and including the cost of one night's accommodation.

6. Breakfast
Breakfast is served in the restaurant between 7:00 hours and 10:00 hours on weekdays and between 7:00 hours and 10:30 hours at weekends and on Bank Holidays.

8. Pets Policy

No pets allowed except guide dogs for the blind or deaf.

9. Please note

We regret that, electrical appliances, such as toasters, mini cookers and portable grills, may not be used in the rooms as they may set off the sensitive fire alarm system.

Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party who is not a member of your group.

You must not advertise, market or otherwise offer any London Peckham Hotel room for sale either on its own or as part of a combined offer. London Peckham Hotel is part of Euro Group of Companies Ltd Guest Relations Team, Lynton House, 54 Clapham Common South Side, London SW4 9BX Prices include VAT.

All published prices and details of this Terms and Conditions page are correct at time of going to print (March 2014) and are subject to change without notice. 

10. Group booking reservations
A booking of eight rooms or more is considered a group booking within London Peckham Hotel. Full pre-payment is required unless alternative arrangements have been pre-arranged with our Reservations team.

11. London Peckham Hotel expectations of your group
You are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms or the furnishings of the hotel. If any act, default or neglect by the guests or organisers results in damage or complaints from other guests, the customer shall be liable to pay to London Peckham Hotel on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage. In the event of willful or negligent interruption to the business or other customers, London Peckham Hotel will charge the amount of any loss to the Customer and terminate the contract. London Peckham Hotel will not be liable for any refund or compensation in such circumstances. The customer / you mean the organizing body, company and organiser responsible for commissioning and payment of the event.


The contract means the agreement between the London Peckham Hotel and the customer for a specific booking or series of bookings. This contract applies to London Peckham Hotel and London Peckham Hotel Customer and no payment will be made to any third parties. London Peckham Hotel reserves the right to cancel the Customer’s reservation without further notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. London Peckham Hotel do not accept liability for any failure to provide services contracted due to circumstances beyond our control including industrial action, postal communication, plant failures, supply of gas, electricity and water or fire alarm evacuation The details of these Terms and Conditions do not remove the common law duty to mitigate losses. All group bookings are subject to London Peckham Hotel Standard Terms & Conditions shown in our Directory. 13. London Peckham Hotel Offers (Advance Purchase; Non-Flexible or Semi-flexible bookings)

  1. A credit/debit card is required at the time of booking.
  2. Bookings made on a Prepaid rate are charged at the time of booking, and are non-refundable. The payment card must be produced upon check-in at the hotel along with support ID.
  3. For semi-flexible bookings, should you wish to make any changes, a £15 amendment fee plus any difference in price for the new reservation, will be charged. Subject to availability at the time of the booking amendment.
  4. All taxes are included in the price.

HOTEL PROPRIETORS ACT 1956

Loss of or Damage to Guests' Property
Under the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956, an hotel proprietor may in certain circumstances be liable to make good any loss of or damage to a guest's property even though it was not due to any fault of the proprietor or staff of the hotel.

This liability however-

  • (a)extends only to the property of guests who have engaged sleeping accommodation at the hotel;
  • (b)is limited to £50 for any one article and a total of £100 in the case of any one guest, except in the case of property which has been deposited, or offered for deposit, for safe custody;
  • (c)does not cover motor-cars or other vehicles of any kind or any property left in them, or horses or other live animals.

This notice does not constitute an admission either that the Act applies to this hotel or that liability there under attaches to the proprietor of this hotel in any particular case.
